The first order of your business is to keep yourself healthy, both mentally and physically. But if you are not physically fit, you can not be very much sure about your mental health. Hence you must take care of your health including your skin’s health. There is no use in ignoring skin’s health in the early days and remaining awake later during the nights, worrying about the skin care you missed.


As soon as you are awake in the morning, your skin care starts with washing your skin using a gentle cleanser. This must be repeated during nights also before you retire for bed.


You should then apply a skin moisturizer so that it gets absorbed by the pores that are opened by the cleansing. If your moisturizer contains adequate sunscreen, that is all the more better. You should also use an anti-oxidant serum to protect yourself from environmental pollution, extreme weather conditions and also from the free radicals that are generated due to exposure to sun’s UV rays.


If you use a makeup regularly, you should ensure removing the makeup before you cleanse the skin prior to your retiring for bed during the nights. Going to sleep without removing the makeup will harm the skin.


The routine during nights consists of cleansing the skin using the gentle cleanser so as to remove all the dirt accumulated during the course of the day. You can also treat your skin with an alpha-hydroxy cream so that the dead cells are removed from the top layer of the skin so that growth of new cells is stimulated.


If you follow these steps regularly, you need not remain awake during nights worrying about your skin care.
